Infrastruktur Data Center Tier-3

As a supporting service for the duties and functions of the National Library in carrying out general policies and technical policies for library management, a data center is needed that functions as a technological infrastructure that is a data storage center (data centralization) on a large scale. Data Center Tier-3 itself is an international standard data center in terms of infrastructure, facilities and security level. The Tier-3 Data Center Infrastructure will be implemented at the Merdeka Selatan Service Building, the National Library of Indonesia.

    Introduction

    The need for a Tier-3 Data center is important for a government agency such as the National Library. This relates to the service system for the community to be more efficient and structured. This requirement includes the data center itself and its supporting devices. For this reason, a Tier-3 Data Center Infrastructure will be implemented at the Merdeka Selatan Service Building, the National Library of Indonesia.

    Requirement

    Things that cover the need for a Tier-3 Data Center for the National Library of Indonesia Service Building include:

    • Procurement of Fire Fighting Equipment.

    • Procurement of Monitoring Rack and Security Devices.

    • Data Cable System Procurement.


    Results

    • FSS installation and sensor configuration.

    • Access Door installation along with LAN cable installation.

    • Installing CCTV in every Data Center room along with NVR.

    • Pipeline installation in UPS and PAC rooms

    • Upgrading Firmware and Troubleshooting POE

    • Cable Tidying and Finishing
